Zimmer wurde nicht saubergemacht, Handtücher nicht gewechselt, als ich die Wäsche für die Reinigung abgeben wollte, wurde ich abgewiesen und wieder weggeschickt, an der Rezeption kein Englisch, checkin hat mehr als 30min gedauert, wenn dann geputzt wurde nicht ordentlich, die Kopfkissenbezüge wurden dann im Zimmer liegen lassen, mini Bar wurde nicht aufgefüllt, ich brauche Wasser! Auf alle meine Anfragen wurde nicht eingegangen. Gerade als Diamond member sehr enttäuschend.

Das Hotel liegt in einem guten Stadtteil. Es ist schon etwas älter und wohl vor einiger Zeit von Novotel übernommen worden. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, Matratzen gut, Safe vorhanden, allerdings gibt es nur einen Wasseekocher ohne Tee oder Kaffee. Das Bad ist eher kllein, die Dusche wiederum geräumig. Alles funktionierte gut, Eine Toilettenverstopfung wurde sofort behoben. Das Frühstück war gut, die Maschine für Kaffee nicht wirklich gut. Alles in allem ein Hotel, das man bei einem Stadtbesuch in Betracht ziehen sollte.
