Worst experience with Accor hotel since 2009.

Hotel was closed for several months and I have never been informed about it, except when I arrived at 2 o'clock at night in front of the hotel. I am platinum for many years now, and I have never experienced a so bad situation. A no moment, I have been informed that hotel was out of order. By luck there is a novotel close and it was possible to book a room in urgence. It is a shame that at any moment it was visible that hotel was closed for many months. When you arrived after a 2h late flight and you are tired and discover that you have no hotel, it is really desappointing. Please, perform an analysis about how is it possible to book this hotel, how is it possible that at any moment customer is aware of closure of hotel. Even if we are close to Halloween, this nightmare was not funny at all !
