We would like to clarify that you orginal booking was made for two adults only , and the room type and the rate were allocated specifically based on this occupancy . Upon arrival , Our team noted that there were two additional adults guest joining you. As per standard international hotel regulations worldwide, any additional guests staying in the room require a supplementary charge.
