الفندق موقع ممتاز و طاقم العمل رائع و اخص بالشكر الموظفة ياسمين كنت اراها يوميا في مطعم بوفيه الافطار تمتاز بروح ايجابيه عالية واحترافيه في العمل كانت تستقبلنا يوميا بنفس الابتسامه الرائعه التي تعتبر بداية يوم ممتازة و لا تتردد في تقديم المساعدة جزيل الشكر لفريق العمل و الاخت ياسمين على وجه الخصوص التي تركت اثر جميل في اقامتي لمدة ١٧ ليلة

اقمت في الفندق واستخدمت تقريبا اغلب خدمات الفندق والتجربة كانت مثالية وممتاز من جميع النواحي ماعدا اسعار غسيل الملابس جداً مرتفعة ورفضو تسليمها لي الا بعد الدفع وهذا الشي ازعجني قليلاً اضافة الا ان اسعار الوجبات مرتفعة جداً

الفندق ممتاز كمبني وتجهيزات وخدمات الا انه تم اجباري علي الاقامه بغرفه لغير المدخنين لوجود غرف المدخنين في الطابق الثاني فقط وذلك لايوفر منظر للبحر مباشره مثل الادوار العليا مما اضطراني لاختيار غرف غير المدخنين

جيد جدا لاكن لم يعجبنا ريحه الشامبو ولا يوجد كلنيكس كافي كما عدم تنظيف غرفتنا اخر يوم
