Dear S. Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the ibis Styles Istanbul Bomonti. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. At Ibis Styles Istanbul Bomonti, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every guest ; therefore your feedback is very important for us. When I check your reservation details , we found out that the reservation type was supposed to be under guarantee by a credit card which need to be available to be prepaid before check in . Unfortunately when we tried to charge your CC atleast for a night , the payment process was unsuccesfull. And in such cases we are sending E mail or SMS ( via whatsApp ) to reach the guest as we applied the same process on your reservation . Although we have cancellation right to cancel the reservation untill 18:00 PM , we waited for you untill 20.30 PM Dear S.. Howewer we had to cancel your reservation. And when you arrived to the hotel we were still ready to assist you for your accomodation. There was few differences between the old reservation and the new walk in reservation which is very normal just because of available room types and the rates. We are feeling sorry you felt disapointed and you rated us very low rate . Thanks for answering questionnaire answers Dear S.. Dear Helmut First of all we would like to remind you that we are sending invoices with a special program which send auto e mails and invoices receipts. That's the reason we could not know you were looking for your invoices. We have seen only 1 e mail on Tuesday you have requested your receipts and we tried to reply e mails on same days or next days as soon as possible. Could you please check your inbox again. We are sorry your accomodation didn't meet your expectations. However we would like to see you soon and we would like you to give us a chance to serve you a better accomodation services.
