We are pleased to hear that you found our hotel and staff to be overall very good, and we are especially grateful for your kind words about our housekeeping team. They will be happy to know that their efforts were appreciated! However, we are deeply sorry to hear about your experience with the bar service. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the incidents you described. We understand that feeling unwelcome is completely unacceptable, and we regret that we did not meet your expectations in this regard. Your comments about the service, especially with multiple staff members not being engaged with guests at the bar, have been taken very seriously, and we will address this internally to ensure this does not happen again. We also regret that your coffee orders were not attended to promptly and that the service did not reflect the high standards we strive to offer. Additionally, we appreciate your suggestion regarding the waste bins at the reception area. It is a great idea to label them with specific symbols for different types of waste, and we will definitely consider implementing this to improve the guest experience and sustainability initiatives.
