Your positive remarks are very encouraging for our team. At the same time, we are truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced due to the room temperature and the air conditioning. Please allow us to explain that due to the fluctuation between daytime and evening temperatures in spring, it is still necessary to maintain the availability of the heating function during the night. For this reason, the cooling function of our centrally controlled air conditioning system is not yet in operation during this transitional period. Based on long-term weather conditions, we expect to switch to cooling mode around the end of April. We regret that this information did not reach you clearly during your stay, and we apologise that our team could not offer a more effective alternative at the time. Should any similar discomfort arise in the future, we encourage you to contact our reception staff immediately so we can offer a prompt and practical solution.
