I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed your room and bathroom, and I appreciate your comments regarding our breakfast selection. I am sorry that it did not meet your expectations, especially the juice selection. Your feedback has been shared with our Food & Beverage team for review. Regarding the parking charges, I would like to clarify that your invoice includes the parking fee for one parking space for two nights, which corresponds to the length of your stay. There was no duplicate parking charge applied. As the invoice may have been difficult to interpret, I have also sent you a copy by email for your reference. I understand that you were disappointed with our parking rates, and I am sorry that this negatively affected your overall impression of your stay. Thank you once again for your feedback.
