We would like to clarify what happened on the evening of your arrival. After you contacted our Reception, our team immediately apologized and offered to replace the bedding. Fresh linen was arranged from another room, and we contacted you again approximately 15 minutes later to arrange the replacement. As this would have required a complete change of the bedding, we asked whether you would kindly spend a few minutes in the bar while our colleague carried out the replacement. We also offered you a complimentary drink while you were waiting. Unfortunately, you let us know that your child was already asleep and preferred not to leave the room, so the replacement was ultimately not carried out. As the bedding was not replaced and our colleague did not enter the room, we were unfortunately not able to verify the condition described in your review. Nevertheless, we sincerely regret that this situation affected your stay. Cleanliness and the condition of our rooms are extremely important to us, and your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams.
