The hotel was pretty disappointing, even for a budget hotel. The plumbing was unbelievably noisy every time the toilet was flushed, the decibel level from the refill was ear popping. There were no heating controls in the room, so the room temperature was whatever the hotel decided. There was no usb charging facility in the room, which is essential for both business and leisure travellers in this day and age, and when I asked at reception if they had any chargers they had had none! I ended up having to buy a charger from a local store. I had booked a three night stay, but decided to leave after the second night and go somewhere else. It was a bit frustrating as I was on a trip around European capitals to consider appropriate properties for my travel business. It was not the service that I expect from Accor.

Great location to explore the city

The location is really good to explore Riga and there are good restaurants, shops and services around. The hotel itself is in a nice building, but the room was quite basic although clean and functional. The toilet was recently renovated but there were no other amenities than soap. We were told on Sunday there will be no cleaning of the room.

Room was very simple but contained almost all necessary things I would need. Unfortunately there was no tea/coffee facilities and no electric plug in the bathroom. Beside this all were working. Hotel staff provided great service and tried all their best to provide better comfort during lockdown period. Tea or coffee could be purchased in the Lobby Bar at any time. Breakfast was delivered to room at previously agreed time. Cleaning was provided regularly, on daily basis. Price of the booking adequate to location, service and facilities of the hotel. I would like thank you all hotel personal and will consider stay here again in future.

Good location, nice place but some room for improvement

The hotel has an excellent location and the staff are very nice. However, recently it appeared somewhat understaffed - checking in and out took longer than what would appear to be needed. The bed was very narrow, I did not know such narrow beds still exist! I doubt that the hotel was full so why not put single travellers in a double bed? (The two twins could not be used "together" as the gap was too big.) The room had no single element of decoration - maybe a poster or similar could make it more cheerful. So - nice, well worth the money but simple little things could make it even better!

As a result of it we will go into conversion to one of the newest Accor brands - Tribe. It was a pleasant experience. The hotel was a decent walk from the places I wanted to visit. The breakfasts were very good. My only disappointment was that the fitness center was under renovation during my stay.

Ok, but too much plastic

The room and service were ok, but all the food on brekfast tabel was wrapped in plastic. Every cheese or ham slice, every bread, etc etc. I understand the need of virus restrictions, but this was too much and the colossal amount of wated plastic for that makes me sad. Its like keeping human some how alive, but poisoning the environment for that matter.

Well located hotel but uncomfortable room

Hotel was nice and well located, however the room I stayed in had extremely low ceilings and absurdly loud air conditioning (impossible to use). The breakfast was all covered with plastic, which is both weird and not sustainable. As a covid measure, it's also not really effective when people unwrap the plastic-covered food sitting just next to each other in a tiny table anyway. Also, wrapping toast into plastic makes it soggy.

Good, clean room. The furniture is not so nice, should be better. Too small room for 2 persons. No tools for shoes cleaning. Too long time I was waiting for bill receiving for my company.
