Excellent location, excellent rooms, very high bed ):(, indulgent breakfast, very kind and nice hotel staff!!! Last train to the area - 00:00 at night is a bit of a bummer. Highly recommend, the place is very welcoming and very helpful. :) :)

The hotel is placed at a very convenient location, the staff is lovely and very helpful, the rooms are cosy and clean. There are plenty of food places and shops around and metro station next door. The bar is open until very late. What's not to like?

Good price, modern rooms (soft beds, big bathrooms, large smart t.v.) and great location. Easy to get to and from Amsterdam center using the nearby metro stop. Maximum 8-10 minutes total time. Also train station is only 2 metro stops away. From there you can travel the whole country. If you are trying to decide, choose this one. You won't regret it.

The location, room quality, and breakfast are great. However, the hotel only provided two towels, no bathroom slippers, and no toothpaste for guests. Getting to the upper floors is inconvenient, as you need to take two separate elevators. The hotel shares its restaurants and bar with another hotel. The bar offers only pizza for food, and it is unable to prepare cocktails. Customer service is average—some staff members are excellent, while others fall short. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its location, just two stops from Amsterdam Central. This is the main factor that makes the hotel stand out. Although it is rated as a 4-star hotel, I don’t see how it meets that standard. Overall, I give it a 6 out of 10. If I return to Amsterdam, this hotel would be a last resort. This is my honest review.

Good hotel in a quiet area ideally situated for Metro and Bus station. Local shop and food station close by. Hotel is clean and comfortable. No dinner service available but Pizza available from the bar on the 1st floor. Rooms are a good size with comfortable beds
