Ramazan Bayramı tatilimiz için 4 günlük rezervasyonumuzu yaparken bu kadar muazzam bir tatil yapacağımızın farkında değildik. Öncelikle muazzam ilgileri için ve tatili öncelikle yoğun ve samimi ilgileri ile muhteşem hale getiren tatil asistanlarımız SAYIN HASAN AKKULAK VE SAYIN HASAN OZAN BOZKAYA'YA çok teşekkür ederiz. Bir dediğimizi iki etmediler ve sürekli bizimle kontak içindeydiler. Bu tatili inanılmaz hale getiren öncelikli etken onların ilgi ve alakalarıydı. Açıkçası şunu söyleyebilirim her sene düzenli tatil yapan bir aileyiz. İzmir, Antalya, Fethiye isim vermek istemiyorum ama lüks otellerde konaklıyoruz. Ama bugüne kadar yaptıklarımız tatil değilmiş. Mutlaka ama mutlaka bu deneyim yaşanmalı. Her şey için tekrar tekrar öncelikle SAYIN HASAN AKKULAK VE SAYIN HASAN OZAN BOZKAYA'YA daha sonra tüm personele teşekkür ederiz. Tek nokta negatif bir durum yaşamadık. Hatta tatilimizi de 3 gün daha uzattık :) ve BU TATİL DENEYİMİNİ MUTLAKA HERKES YAŞAMALI.

Best hosts- Mr Hasan/Mr Hasan - their welcoming was fantastic. Their services are more than what we expected. Not just good, its perfect and warm and comfortable. Of course reaort circumstances & foods were also incredible. Uploading one sample photo which i took in the morning from my room. Enjoyed very much for everything, 10/10 scores.

We stayed in Club Prive. Accommodation excellent. The Turkish breakfast at The Club House a must. What took the holiday from good to excellent was the concierge service provide by both Hasans who were incredibly attentive, always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Our thanks to them for making our holiday extra special. Chris and Family

Family holiday

We have just returned from our stay at Club Prive by Rixos Belek, which was our first experience of this brand. Our villa was a four-bedroom with private pool which was very spacious and very well appointed. As with any All-Inclusive holiday, it is only as good as the staff who provide the service. I’m not sure how many members of the Concierge team they have, as there was an abundance of staff, but we were very fortunate to have Alena & Berkan assigned to our family, they were exemplary members of the team that made our stay very special. We dined at all the Al-la-Carte restaurants, and thoroughly enjoyed each one. Our favourite lunchtime spot was the Club Lounge which is reserved for Club guests only. We were lucky to have the same waiter each day (Bekir) who made our lunchtimes very enjoyable, he often recommended dishes for us to try which never disappointed. I would highly recommend the Club Prive experience.

An exceptional experience

We were lucky to spend a few days at Club Prive during April, while we were blessed with fantastic weather, what truly made our holiday was the exceptional service we received from our concierge Alena and Berkan. Both went above and beyond to ensure we had a 5* experience. The Club Prive area is beautiful, we particularly loved the beach club and the club house restaurant where we had great service from our waiter Bekir. I would also highly recommend the Z’aysa restaurant where Marvel took such great care of us and the Mykoroni restaurant where the food and service were wonderful! My daughters loved the buffet and had lovely service from Mohammed at the sushi desk every day. We would absolutely love to return to Club Prive.
