I visited Rixos Premium Belek in December and I can say this is hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were absolutely comfortable and all our needs were met! Our rooms were kept clean and stocked continuously and any issues were addressed immediately. The food tasted absolutely amazing and had plenty of different varieties to try every night. We particularly loved the Lumin app that the resort used to allow guests and staff to interact at anytime of the day. The children were all entertained through the various activities throughout the day and the a la carte restaurants did not disappoint. I particularly want to say a big thank you to Zaynab who went above and beyond to help me find my lost sliders! Overall the cleanliness, the cool calm ambience & the delightful staff have sold me on this amazing resort. I cannot wait to visit again!

Beautiful, clean resort with excellent customer service and a great variety of food. We celebrated a birthday, and the Italian restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming, even singing and providing a complimentary cake. The rooms were cleaned daily, and any issues were dealt with promptly. We travelled with our teenage children, who loved the many activities available. A wonderful experience overall — I hope to return and stay longer next time.

We stayed here in mid December, and it was absolutely lovely! The hotel is huge, with lots of activities to do and amazing food, new menu everyday! This place is always shining, very clean and smells great. Same with the rooms: spacious and very clean! The staff are very kind and friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Anna from the reception staff and Mr. Serkan from the restaurant staff. We also went to the a la carte Aksam restaurant which had great food! Some places were obviously closed due to cold weather but most other were working. We enjoyed our stay a lot and totally recommend this hotel!

Amazing hotel, with everything thought about. The bars are great with different themes and a tremendous range of drinks. The restaurants are brill, we tried three alacarte and the buffet all were to a high standard, my personal favourite was Aksam restaurant a high standard steak house. Peoples restaurant has had a revamp since our last visit which is much improved, the menu is better and the size of the restaurant is a lot bigger. The main pool is heated which is ideal for this time of the year. A few people I want to recognise for going above and beyond during our stay, giving us that little bit of extra attention. Metin d - Irish bar Cetin Topakkaya - beach bar Kasim - bar manager beach bar Haci koz - beach bar Yildiz korkmaz - Aksam restaurant The gym is to a high standard which is open 24 hours, the spa is amazing the sauna and steam room are very big therefore plenty of room for all. Another wonderful visit to Rixos, and potentially the hotel we will book for our family holiday next year.

Cok iyi servis, cok iyi personel. Italyanin ala kart restaurantada ogle yemek mukkemeldi, аncak akşam yemeği için sipariş edilen yemeklerin neredeyse tamamı fazla pişmiş, patatesler siyah, etler de siyah, makarnalar soğuk servis edildi. Yemek yemek imkansızdı hepsini geri vermek zorunda kaldim. Ama dessert tiramissu çok lezzetliydi. Aksam restorantada hersey cok guzeldi ve cok lezzetliydi, cok iyi personel. Peoples restorantada hersey cok lezzetliydi. Acik bufe resoranta da yemek cesitler cok vardi hepsi taze pismisti. Tatilimiz cok begendik.
