The highlights The staff Welcoming, always a smile on their face and working hard ensuring the guests will have a good stay. World class service. The food and drinks Simply amazing. Never seen so much good food and drinks in the same place. The pianist (this particular feedback is to the pianist dressed in black) Every evening in the piano bar we had the pleasure to listen to beautiful classical music. It was a wonderful experience to be able to listen to a pianist of her caliber at the hotel. Room for inprovement Aqua training Most of the aqua training, except Zumba, are for about 15 persons (adults only) at a time and all with equipment (provided by the hotel). A hotel of this caliber with a gigantic swimmingpool could offer (like the Zumba) more of simple water gymnastics for all ages and for any number of participants. My 11 year old son wanted to do more aqua training with me but most of the aqua training except for Zumba is for adults and with equipment so timing the Zumba once in a while was our only option. Sustainability The use of plastic straws could easily be switched to paper straws. In the shower there can be large shampoo bottles (attached to the shower wall) instead of small bottles of schampoo to reduce the use of plastic. At the beach bar, have large water cans where guests can refill water bottles (instead of always taking new bottles). Final words We have had a great holiday and I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering visiting.

❤️💜IF YOUR THINKING OF BOOKING THIS HOLIDAY THEN DO IT ,DO NOT HESITATE ❤️💜 We went to the rixos premium belek on the 15th of July for 8 days as a family of 4 , and WOW UNREAL EXPERIENCE WE HAD . The hotel is just like a hotel we have stayed in Dubai the professionalism from the staff is next to nothing they were so kind , so helpful couldn’t do enough for you right down to the cleaners who clean your room the sweetest souls ever totally trustworthy .The life guards at the kids pool WOW yous really out done yourself the fun they have with the kids but also making it safe going down the shoots all the kids where having the best time 🌅 my little boy loved going there he said (mummy there so much fun) . The food again wow i have never ate like that in turkey the restaurants are absolutely out of this world but you have to book in advance which is easy enough to do . You don’t need much spending money to go to this hotel unless your going out of hotel to land of legends or where ever you may go because everything is free in the hotel and the choice of food in this hotel is massive even for kids aswell . Honestly if your ever thinking of booking this hotel DO IT YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED Thank you rixos staff for being so kind to my little boy and making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable yous are a credit to the hotel . Yous need more than 5 stars for your hotel it’s out of this world See yous again next year X

I really felt like a King it was fantastic everything vas great the Food the service the respect of everyworker and thanks to Atilla and zarkar everything was easy i felt home and Khadija for the cleaning the room was always clean and always smell good

Stunning food and great service all round

The best food and choice of drinks I’ve ever had anywhere. No rush to get to the poolside as always a sunlounger or bed available. The entertainment during the day is good if you have a child who likes to do art and it’s a good break out the heat. The arcades are ok but could maybe do with a refresh, Paddleboarding was amazing and lots of keep fit activities, We went with a 9 year old who is slightly too old to want to do the kids disco and a bit too young to enjoy the live music/bands at night so felt the entertainment was ok not exceptional but with land of legends and activities during the day we weren’t wanting to be up too late anyway. Asian restaurant was the best food I’ve had in my life. The 24/7 restaurant was exceptional also infact all the food was at the restaurants: The WhatsApp team we had Diana and Eliza were always on hand to help with any issues which gladly we had few of: The poolside waiters going round in 50 degree heat with trays of drinks and ice buckets I commend you! We have booked to go again next July the first time we have went to the same place twice which I think says it all. Thank you all and see you next year!
