Staff so professional, kind and very attentive specially John,Ellaine and Regine.Wifi in the room very poor connection. Dinner meal little bit pricy.Cleaner and reception also very good.

The iftar dinner experience was a perfect blend of tradition and luxury. They offered delectable dishes and a warm ambiance that truly embodies the spirit of Ramadan. I Highly recommended for those seeking an unforgettable culinary journey during the Holy month. Lastly, the one thing that stood out was despite the overwhelming number of families and groups that were present, the staff and their leaders remained calm,professional and pro-active but all managed to still provide a great attitude and a personalized service that stood out. Thank you ginger team and the manager in charge for that amazing experience.

Exceptional dinner buffet during Ramadan (ifdar) , which was also attended by locals, reasonably priced and free for kids. Nice heated rooftop pool with sufficient sun beds. Large gym in good shape. New, modern rooms. Cosy entrance hall. No baby/children pool. Close to airport

Novotel Muscat Airport About a 10 minute, 8 OMR taxi ride from the airport. This is a fairly typical airport hotel. I stayed twice and got identical rooms. Big comfortable bed, coffee table and 1 armchair, Fixed desk. There was also a kettle, iron and ironing board and fridge. The bathroom had a good walk in shower but the toilet was oddly positioned behind the door. The hotel was very quiet in the sleeping room hallways. I pre-paid dinner on the first night which turned out to be a huge Iftar buffet. There were so many dinner guests that I was turned away from the ground floor restaurant and taken to a 2nd one on another floor which was also quite busy but did have a free table on an outdoors terrace. The food was plentiful and okay. Facilities include a pool and a big gym both of which were unused any time that I looked. The airport and this hotel are about 30km from the centre of Muscat – if it can be said to have a centre. The hotel is good for a stopover but maybe too distant for a longer stay.

Schönes Hotel in Flughafennähe. Gut zu erreichen mit Parkplatz davor. Sauberes und modernes Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Ideales Hotel nach Ankunft oder vor Abflug. Frühstück wurde nicht eingenommen.
