Viele kleine Restaurants zu erschwinglichen Preisen in der Nähe.
Leider war unser Superior Zimmer nicht das sauberste, Spinnweben mussten wir vom Reinigungspersonal noch entfernen lassen, Schränke schließen nicht richtig, waren immer mindestens 5 cm Spalt offen. Die Badewanne hatte einen sehr hohen Einstieg. Da wir nur zwei Nächte dort waren, machten wir das beste daraus.
Positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Skybar im 26. Stock, wunderschöner Ausblick, gute Getränke und man bekam kostenlos gesalzenes Popcorn dazu.

Nach wie vor exzellentes Personal, ob Rezeption, Frühstück, Lounge in 25. Etage oder Sky on 20.
Leider verliert Sukhumvit 20 an Anziehungskraft, wie Wegfall deutsches Restaurant gegenüber Hotel oder der Abriss des berühmten Restaurant "Bei Otto", als Beispiel zeigt. Dafür gibt sich Personal des Novotel alle Mühe, eine angenehme Atmosphäre zu schaffen.

Hat alles gepasst, klarer Novotel-Standard. Negativpunkt: bei gebuchter Halbpension gibt es genau 1 Menü. Das kann man nicht 2 Wochen lang jeden Abend machen. Sollte das Management mal drüber nachdenken. Die Jungs in der Sky Bar 20 waren super, die kamen mir auch bei der Menüwahl entgegen (im Rahmen ihrer Möglichkeiten). Die waren TipTop. 😄

Sehr motiviertes Personal und professioneller Staff, von der Rezeption bis zu Sky on 20.
Freundlich, hilfsbereit. Frühstück in 7. Etage gut und reichlich. Lounge on 25 sehr angenehm. Sky on 20 höchst empfehlenswert.

Freundliches sehr bemühtes Personal. Sehr schönes zentral gelegenes Hotel mit Fitnessstudio und tollem Infinity Pool. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, mit viel Auswahl. Das Buffet lässt keine Wünsche übrig! Leider war die Sauberkeit unseres Zimmers nicht zufriedenstellend. Übler Geruch im Zimmer- Lüften war leider nicht möglich, da die Fenster nicht zu öffnen waren. Der Teppichboden ist in die Jahre gekommen und voller Flecken und das Badezimmer voller Kalkflecken und auch Haaren. Schimmel hat sich an gewissen Stellen auch schon gebildet. Was für uns jetzt nicht tragisch war, dass es keinen einzigen deutschen Fernsehsender gab im Zimmer.
