V Villas Phuket - Mgallery

We just returned from V Villas and LOVED our stay. It was made extra special by our butler, Time. He was so thoughtful and we always came back to fun notes and messages in our room from him that went above and beyond. Minny was also amazing as well at the restaurant and made our stay so memorable. Highly recommend V Villas.

From the amenities to the staff, everything was exceptional. The hotel sent transportation to the airport hotel, which made it very easy to get to the Villas. Once there you are introduced to an individual (they call them butlers) that support you throughout your stay. Our group was assigned a young lady named Irainy, who was super supportive throughout the entire trip. Any questions or needs, she was there to help. Her personality and easy communication style made it so comfortable through the stay. Other staff, including our daily yoga instructor, Jose, along with the ladies at the spa supported making the stay one to remember. Always a smile and greeting every time you see them. My room, although not a beach view offered a private and tranquil setting. Being 12 hours different than my normal time zone one of the things that helped was at night sitting at MY infinity pool and listening to the wind and whatever creatures made noise. Several nights I sat there until I was so sleepy it was easy to go to bed. The daily breakfast buffet had fresh local fruit, local Thai cuisine and other goodies. Can you imagine as many cappuccinos as you want in the morning 🥰. Definitely a stay to do again.

We never return to the same place twice for a holiday..... This was the one and only exception. And how right we were to do so! We stayed in the same villa as last year, had the same butler, Taya (who was as unbelievable the 2nd time as she was the first - thank you, thank you, thank you Taya - love you x). We stayed 10 nights on this occasion and by the time we left we were completely relaxed and in a very good place. Such a shame we had to return home! You can't overstate how wonderful this hotel is. Khun Sea (The Resort Manager), Khun Sorn (The Executive Chef) , Khun Pond our unbelievable friend and host in the restaurant and last but by no means least Khun Noi (F and B Manager) - what a delightful team. Sorn did us proud with his cooking lessons. Hopefully they will introduce this service permanently (we were the first guinea pigs). It was truly wonderful and a great way to finish our holiday. We will wear the aprons and hats with pride when we try to recreate the dishes once more at home! Sea - you made us feel so welcome and as always went the extra mile to make us feel at home. You achieved it with 5 stars and it was difficult to leave. Pond, what superlatives can I write to describe your enthusiasm and kindness. You are destined for great things. And thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Noi - you are such a hard worker and the results of your efforts shine through each and every day in the restaurant and roof top bar. To finish my review I can only say this. This is a hotel that exceeds every single expectation. The rooms, the views, the pools, the food, the pyjamas(!) even the toilets....but what really makes it truly exceptional are all the staff. Shout outs too to Sebastien, Ping, Minnie and a whole lot more that all seem to start with a "P"! GM - Nicolas (Congratulations) you've got a wonderful team of employees. They all deserve a pay rise!!

Definitely one of the top five locations during all my travels. Ultra luxurious is not just a statement here, it's exactly what it is. No matter what area and no matter what staff, it doesn't get any better than this. Rooms on high end, nothing is missing. Breakfast without words excellent, the roof top bar outstanding. Small but very fine gym and a first class spa. Just a small note....change the room layout in the sea view rooms....and bed to the window overlooking the sea, then it does not get any better. I would still like to single out our butler Jack...a perfect job! Thank you very much! But those thanks go to all the staff at this fantastically managed boutique hotel. Thank you for the uniquely beautiful days.

An unforgettable experience .. Lovely hotel and lovely staff always ready to help with a smile, in addition of course to the beautiful sea and beach view. The Butler service offered by Mr.Jay was incredibly helpful, especially when it’s your first time in Thailand, his services that were delivered professionally and promptly at any time requested made it feel like you have a local friend who can help and offer guaranteed advise in regards of programs and reservations.
