We understand that our location, while appreciated by those seeking tranquility, may not suit everyone, and we are sorry it did not align with your preferences. ocation splendida e ben tenuta. Villa sul mare davvero bella e spaziosa, con piscina privata pulitissima e giardino molto ben curato; cuscini notevoli, materassi durini ma basterebbe un topper. Personale cortese e disponibile; complimenti a Matthew, Eric, Nat. Breakfast ricco e curato, cucina impeccabile per la cena a la carte, buffet ben gestito. Sapori del ristorante Tamarind veramente notevoli. Zona tranquilla ma non isolata. Il mare del golfo di Phuket è quello che è... Una mano di pittura alla piscina accanto al bar non guasterebbe...

Ottima posizione, tranquillo e bella spiaggia. Devo però evidenziare la piena insoddisfazione del servizio soprattutto della ristorazione. Per considerarsi un 5 stelle, Servizio molto lento, impreciso: due ore per un pranzo a bordo piscina, una coca-cola richiesta sempre a bordo piscina che dopo 1 ora non era ancora arrivata e dopo diversi solleciti è arrivata dopo 1h e 30 minuti, acqua e birra al tavolo per la cena e il pranzo che necessitava di almeno 15 minuti per averla e infine mi hanno chiesto il pagamento di una consumazione dopo 1 settimana quando avevamo già pagato tutto al check-out. Uno scontrino di 460 THB (12€) per due consumazioni al bar che si erano dimenticati di addebitarmi. Il trasporto verso l'aeroporto prenotato il giorno prima che al check-out non c'era, scusandosi che il driver non stava bene! Ok ci sta ma alla richiesta dove era il pulmino c'è stato un momento di confusione dove in realtà al momento mi dissero che non c'era nessuna prenotazione e poi invece dicendo del driver malato, a quel punto non sapevo cosa credere. Le gestione del personale non è assolutamente all'altezza!!! mi spiace perchè in questa situazione non lo consiglierei.

Providing prompt and attentive service is a top priority for us, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations in this regard. Your feedback regarding the slow and imprecise service, especially with regards to the poolside dining and beverage orders, are concerning. We take your feedback is seriously to improve the service for guest satisfaction. Furthermore, we regret for the oversight in billing for the drinks at the bar and the confusion surrounding the transportation to the airport. We will be investigate and addressing these issues internally to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
