L’hotel ci ha accolti con tutto lo staff a braccia aperte nonostante l’orario di arrivo 10:30pm per via di una prenotazione errata in un altro hotel, ci hanno anche fatto mangiare e dato una stanza bellissima. Struttura veramente da 10 e lode! Ho dato 9/10 per via dell’umidità che persiste fortemente nelle stanze e quindi rende difficile riposare, ma non per colpa della struttura, è proprio un problema di tutta la città ahimè. Lo abbiamo riscontrato in tutte le strutture.

Premetto che siamo clienti abituali della catena Accor. Questa struttura posizionata a 100 m dalla spiaggia di Karon ,sulla collina. Belle camere, bella piscina.

Sono stata con la mi famiglia dal 27/12 al 10/02/25 e nonostante la molta gente presente nel Resort lo staff era pronto a qualsiasi richiesta! La struttura, le camere e la piscina sono molto belli e curati. Abbiamo cenato in uno dei 2 ristoranti la qualità è ottima! La posizione in cui si trova è molto comoda per raggiungere altre spiagge o luoghi da visitare. Devo dire che la spiaggia difronte è servita e non manca nulla.
