siamo stati molto bene! hotel 5 stelle top, in ottima posizione comoda per visitare phuket. il personale è molto gentile e disponibile in particolare Den. la colazione è molto varia ed abbondante, le camere spaziose e pulitissime! non manca veramente nulla

Hotel molto pulito, camera grande e bellissima accoglienza nelle camere familiari. Belle piscine..me le aspettavo leggermente piu grandi ed erano spesso all'ombra ma nonostante tutto molto belle! Colazione varia e buonissima. Peccato per molte attività dei bambini a pagamento e non comprese nel soggiorno. Ottimo servizio navetta per il trasporto al mare

Abbiamo trascorso 4 notti in questo meraviglioso Resort immerso nel verde a due passi da Kata beach, la struttura è bellissima, le piscine meravigliose, adatte sia ai grandi che ai piccini. Il servizio e il personale è eccellente, tutti estremamente gentili sorridenti e disponibili per ogni esigenza. La struttura oltre a tutti i comfort, offre anche una navetta gratuita, con partenza ogni 30 Min , che accompagna i clienti alla spiaggia. Siamo stati davvero bene e speriamo di ritornarci. Grazie di tutto "Novotel Kata Agosta Resort and Spa"
