Novotel Gangnam's all staffs were very kind and professional. I was very impressed when I checked in with Jeanny(Jenny, Jiny, 지니). She was one of the best hotel professionals I ever met in my life. Room was very good. I could see the beautiful night city from 15th floor. Breakfast also was very good.

We understand how important it is for our guests to receive accurate and timely assistance, and we regret that the information provided to you was insufficient, which led to you missing the shuttle. We would like to kindly clarify that the arrival time of the airport shuttle may vary depending on road conditions and traffic, and for this reason, we recommend that all guests wait near the lobby entrance at least 10 minutes before the estimated departure time. This is the best place to stay, its amazing, the staff is literally the best staff i have ever met in a hotel. And i travelled alot. They are so kind, so welcoming, and the rooms are amazing, aswell as the location! Aron and Violet and aron are the best staff there!!!!
