ทำเลดี ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ แต่ต้องเดินขึ้นเนินนิดหน่อย ผ่านร้านสะดวกซื้อหลายร้าน มีร้านอาหารในบริเวณใกล้เคียงเยอะ อร่อยด้วย ห้องสะอาดมาก ไม่มีกลิ่นอับเลย พนักงานบริการดี

We understand how important it is for our guests to receive accurate and timely assistance, and we regret that the information provided to you was insufficient, which led to you missing the shuttle. Please accept our sincere apologies for the frustration and stress this caused. We would like to kindly clarify that the arrival time of the airport shuttle may vary depending on road conditions and traffic, and for this reason, we recommend that all guests wait near the lobby entrance at least 10 minutes before the estimated departure time. While we do regularly inform our guests of this procedure, it seems there was a communication lapse in your case, and we take full responsibility for that. We are currently reviewing our internal processes to ensure that our staff provides clearer, more detailed guidance regarding shuttle arrangements moving forward.
