Dear Mr. H., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan Dubai. We appreciate your positive comments about the comfort of the bed, the quality of the shower, and our convenient location close to the airport. At the same time, we sincerely apologize that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We regret that the room was not fully prepared upon your arrival, that some amenities had to be requested, and that the cleanliness did not meet the high standards we strive to maintain. We also acknowledge your comments regarding the dated room interior and furnishings.
