I had a wonderful stay at ibis styles Caring receptionists, housekeeping and mostly the wonderful healthy breakfast. Pool is not conjested ts organised with a caring kenyan waiter, I recommend ibis to all travelers who choose peace !!! ❤️❤️❤️

At first, I called the reservations if they received my request early check-in since we landed around 2 am. He told me even though I mentioned it, i still have to pay additional 100+ aed for it. I told him that I'll call again. We waited 1. 5 hours for the hotel shuttle in airport which is ok for us since taxis in airport are pricey. We arrived in the hotel and the receptionist (Paul) told us that he cannot accomodate us coz they are fully booked and we should wait the check in time. He told us that he can book us in their other hotel, which is Grand Mecure beside Ibis. He gave us 400+aed for freakin 9 hrs while waiting for the check in time in Ibis. Imagine we had a long flight and we just wanted to rest, but instead he gave us a stressful situation. I called the reservations again (Zeker, not sure if its correct) and ask if they are really fully booked (cos i can still see they are selling rooms in all platforms, ex: Agoda). He told yes they are then i told him, if i pay 100+ aed for early check in, will they allow us to go to our room? he told me yes. then i told him, your answer and the receptionist answer are not the same. I told him that they can book us in Grand mercure but we have to pay 400+ aed. He told me that he can book us but with a special price which is for only 150aed. Without a doubt, i ask him to book us immediately since we are really exhausted. He didn't apologize for that situation but thankful for Zeker the reservation that he solve our problem that night. Just to add that their receptionist named NOURA was not that accommodating at all. We wanted to show our cousins the room that we had in Ibis coz we were fascinated with the room but she cannot talk nicely instead she talks like she owns the place and she kinda shouts at us for asking a 5 minute with our cousins!!! plus I stayed in the lobby for more than an hour while waiting for my dad, I'm observing how she treats other guests and felt bad while watching. She really is rude and unprofessional but turns the other way when there is an Arabic guests. UNBELIEVABLE FOR A PERSON WHO WORKS IN HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY.

Good Quality Airport Hotel

Good hotel located very close to the airport, a free shuttle is offered at set times of the costars 30dhm in a taxi. The room was big with and open plan bathroom, well air conditioned and good tv selection Didn’t eat breakfast at hotel but had a could of afternoon snacks which were ok. Check out was swift and doorman arranged a taxi Would defo stay again

Selected this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and stayed one night. I arrived during the afternoon, dropped my bags and went out again as I wanted to maximise the final hours of my trip. Arrived back in the evening and went straight to bed so cannot comment on any of the hotel's facilities. The room was large enough and it looked bigger due to the open plan bathroom - some people are not keen on this but as a solo traveller it wasn't a problem. The room had a slight odour but nothing too overpowering and I did not pay a huge amount for the room so i did not address with reception. I liked that the hotel is close to Ggico metro station and has the free airport shuttle. One thing I was less happy about was that I woke up really warm in the middle of the night. After setting the a/c to 19c it somehow reset to 24c so the room was 22c when I woke. Fortunately I only had to change this just once in the night. I would stay again as the hotel felt like a cost effective option.

I have been to many IBIS locations before now. No wonder I am a gold member. However, this is my first time of lodging in IBIS Dubai. I must confess that this is the best IBIS brand I have lodged in concerning service delivery and ambience. The breakfast was good and the staff were very courteous. The location is also perfect for visitors because you are close to International Airports terminals 1 and 3 and GGICO Metro station is about 500 metres away. There is also a complimentary airport shuttle so you don't need to pay for a taxi to come to the hotel or go back to the airport.
