We faced an issue during check-in, and Shayan handled it with absolute professionalism, patience, and a genuinely positive attitude. He didn’t just resolve the problem smoothly, but went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary upgrade, which truly made our stay special. His customer service was outstanding—efficient, courteous, and proactive. You can tell he genuinely cares about guest satisfaction, and it reflects very well on the hotel.
