Rome # 2810 from 3/12/24 - 12/12/24 James Proffitt I had questions and went to the front desk. Robert assisted me in obtaining the Careem app to request a taxi. He was so helpful. This made my stay much more pleasurable as I was able to get a taxi when I wanted with reliable service. I can't thank him enough. I also had trouble getting the Accor Key app to work on my hotel room door. He figured out what the issue was and resolved the problem for me. It was such a pleasure working with him to resolve my issues. I will defiantly be staying at Sofitel Dubai Downtown on my next visit to Dubai as it was a total enjoyable experience.

The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable ,the food was very flavorful,.very attentive staff especial mention to the lifeguards in the pool they are very nice to us,Our room is clean and always tidy,Thank you to Elaine in kids club area for always entertaining my kids,he have fun with her. Ideally location is good nearby the mall Highly recommended for those seeking luxury,comfort and world class service . Perfect for both leisure and business travelers .

This hotel sets the standard for amazing service. We were greeted by Solimon who looked after our check in and stay at every step of the way, going above and beyond to ensure our happiness. We are so grateful to Nadim for his amazing daily housekeeping as the room was spotless and always kept stocked with the amenities we asked for. Solange B in the restaurant and Executive Lounge was such an attentive and friendly team member, a true asset to the hotel as she made everyone feel welcome and special. Everything from our room, to the views, the food, the pool and the gym were spectacular, we cannot wait to return. Thank you!

두바이 몰에서 가깝고 육교를 따라 걸어서 호텔에 쉽게 갈수 있고 육ㄱㅅ 속이라 시원하고 햇빛이 차단되어서 좋습니다 호텔도 시원하고 뷔폐 아침식사도 맛있게 머고 좋습니다

Fantastic hotel, facilities and good location to Burj Khalifa, mall and transport. Staff were amazing, great breakfast and good central location so easy to get around town and our day trips.we would definitely recommend to stay. Yummy Turkish treats and coffee each afternoon.
