Great location. Our kids loved the kids club and Elaine was nice and sweet to them. Room was clean and everything was great at this hotel. Will come back another time when weather is cooler. Easy walk to dubai mall and convenient considering that there is no need to take a taxi.

Stayed here as a layover on my way to London and was not disappointed with the hotel It was a lovely hotel with fabulous views of downtown Dubai and fairly central for lots of places It was a very short walk to the metro which then brings you directly to the mall and in the summer heat was very welcome as it was air conditioned Check in was swift and friendly and because we had club rooms we got to have afternoon tea which was very nice and would do again Would highly recommend this hotel for a stopover or to have a few days holiday

到着が、遅い時間のせいか、チェックインに、時間が、かかった点と精算の際に別部屋、別の予約をしていた部屋の精算が、私のカードで決済されていた点は残念でしたが、立地、部屋のクォリティ、コンシュルジュの対応や、ラウンシのスタッフの対応は、素晴らしいと感じました

I had one night for business meeting. The room was big, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent and close to all attractions, you can go directly to the Dubai Mall without walking on the street. The pool was nice and clean. Highly recommended

We had a great experience at Sofitel Downtown. It’s the perfect location for my family as it’s near the Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. Chito from housekeeping was very nice and accommodating, always leaving our room clean and tidy. We will definitely stay here when we come back and we highly recommend Sofitel.
