Perfect for business stays. I usually stay here long-term for business. Convenient location, clean and quiet. Staff is amazing including reception team, F&B team, housekeeping team (Vineeth, Sriham, Sachini, Utam, Mohamed), Concierge and Valet team (Rabin, Mohamed, Nicholas, Emanuel, Ibrar, Morris). I’m sure I forgot names but honestly they are all quite dedicated and hardworking. Thank you for making my life easy while staying with you.

Good location (walking distance to Dubai Mall, as well as other shops and restaurants). Friendly service (especially towards our toddler, who was given a stuffed animal--in package--upon arrival). Spacious, clean, and comfortable room (upgraded upon arrival as well, which was nice, and had a view of the Burj Khalifa), with everything we needed. Comfortable bed as well. Would recommend and would stay again.

The best part is the staff and the service. Zafar at the front desk, Anil Pahadi the chef and the various staff members at the breakfast (May, Mitch, Sandra, David, Khin, Isuru, Yam). I was here for a long stay and had family visiting for a week in between. Their service and attention to details made us feel at home! Also, location is unbeatable and fairly new decor. Definitely will come again.

Convenient location with spacious rooms

Really great experience staying here, the two bedroom apartment is very spacious and the location is very convenient, just needing to cross the street to access the Dubai Mall via the Chinatown section. The amenities are very good, with washing machine and decent amount of kitchen supplies and some measures to encourage sustainability like reusable glass bottles for water. All the staff are very friendly in our experience, with a welcoming attitude especially to our kids. Breakfast service is very attentive, shout out to Ahmed, Khan, and Sabrina for being helpful during our 6-night stay. The only slight downside is that the shower partition does not provide adequate coverage to prevent water from splashing out, but it did not deter from our experience overall.
