Very Disappointing Stay

I wanted to bring to your attention the point of dissatisfaction and disappointment I received while staying as a guest in your hotel this past weekend. We were part of a group of guests staying at your facility this past weeked. My reservation was made weeks in advance for a Luxury Double Queen room. Upon arrival Saturday 9/14 at 11:00am we were advised that we could not check in early and are bags couldn't be held We checked with a friend and asked her to keep our bags until our return from The Music at the Intersection We returned at 3:50pm to check in at 4pm We were assigned room 710, upon entry the room was filthy and had not been touched. Went to advise the front desk who then stated we were being upgrade and put into a suite The "Suite" in full was a king size handicap room with a let out sofa bed. We were able to shower and change for another event and head out just in time by 5:45pm Upon returning that evening we had move furniture to pull the sofa bed out and had to call the front desk 3 times to obtain sheets and bedding for the sofa bed Again, this is very disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. I will be reaching out further to upper management to share videos and pictures of my experience here at this establishment

We enjoyed the hotel and the bar. We were disappointed that the bourbon tasting which was described to us in an email we received, just before our arrival, was not available. We were told that the hotel ran out of tickets. It was only the 13th of the month! We enjoyed the museum on the send floor as well as the pool and hot tub.

Great Hotel with so many amazing amenities that you’ll need more than one night to see the entire hotel experience.

I tried to check in a few hours early and they didnt have a room ready. But they held my baggage for mee and texted me about one hour later with a room ready to go.

The hotel let us check in super early, which was a nice surprise. Within walking distance of many attractions. We loved the pool and sauna.
