Очень редко пишу отзывы. В этот раз решила написать, так как перед выбором данного отеля прочла много отзывов, и нигде в них не указана главная проблема этого отеля. Главная проблема отеля — его месторасположение. Отель стоит одиноко: ни справа, ни слева нет других отелей. В первый же день стало понятно, почему: примерно в 150–200 метрах от отеля по главной дороге в сторону севера острова находится поворот вглубь острова, а там — полигон отходов. Ежедневно туда свозят около 60 тонн мусора (это я уже в интернете вычитала) Практически каждый вечер после 18:00 на территории отеля и в его окрестностях стоит стойкий запах разлагающегося бытового мусора. Дышать просто невозможно! Каждый вечер приходилось «бежать» из отеля, а по возвращении — сразу в номер. На территории отеля, даже в те дни, когда, вероятно, ветер дул в другую сторону, делать нечего: вокруг — пустырь. Меню в ресторанах довольно скудное и однообразное. Правда, бывают дни, когда вечером в ресторане действует система «шведский стол» — тогда ассортимент достаточно широкий, и в эти же дни играет живая музыка. Завтрак нормальный, уборку в номерах проводят ежедневно, но не качественно. Бассейн большой и чистый. Пляж на территории отеля достаточно чистый, вход в воду пологий (идеальный для детей). Стоимость отдыха в данном отеле сопоставима со стоимостью отдыха во многих отелях острова категории 5 звёзд. Выбирайте внимательнее.

La struttura è bella, ma sono decisamente migliorabili alcuni aspetti: pulizia e esperienza dello staff. Tutti sembravano piuttosto inesperti e nuovi. I corridoi spesso venivano lasciati sporchi per giorni, non venivano puliti spesso. Inoltre in spiaggia manca un numero adeguato di lettini. Già dalle 10 era impossibile trovarne uno. Ottima la colazione anche se carente per quanto riguarda il caffè. Le macchinette del caffè sono di pessima qualità e pertanto il caffè era imbevibile.

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo 5 notti. La prima camera che ci è stata assegnata assolutamente insufficiente, la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare. Il personale è stato molto cordiale e il giorno dopo abbiamo cambiato la camera ed è stata perfetta. Colazione fantastica. La nota assolutamente negativa è la cura della spiaggia, è piena di mozziconi di sigarette, plastica, tappi bottiglie di birra,… Un’altro aspetto che ho trovato negativo è il personale sul cellulare mentre era in servizio.

Un hotel meraviglioso, il 5 stelle più completo che abbia mai provato. Il letto è incredibile, cuscini comodi e perfetti per dormire, la colazione con tantissima offerta dallo smoothie al sushi, chef che cucinano all inclusive a vista, un hotel nel quale puoi ordinare qualsiasi cosa (anche le escursioni) tramite app. La pulizia un must. Il mare e la spiaggia e le mega piscine sono meravigliose come il sunset nel bar. La spa è speciale. Grazie alle terapiste msY, ms Oahn e alla meravigliosa Phuong per i te, i regali per omaggiare la mia presenza e scelta quotidiana, gli oli essenziali e la loro professionalità che non trovavo da tanto tempo. Il Wi-Fi è super veloce e arrivo fino al mare. Il ristorante offre western culture ma anche Asian food. La vista dalla camera è stupenda, Claudio il General Manager ha fatto un capolavoro.
