모벤픽 기대없이 다녀왔는데 엑티브도 너무 만족스럽고 시간을 알차게 보낼수 있었어요 너무 즐거웠습니다. 해피아워는 1시간동안 플레티넘혜택으로 맥주와 칵테일을 마음껏 먹을 수 있어 좋았습니다. 다시 오고 싶습니다. 바에서 선셋은 정말 환상이었습니다. 가성비 너무 좋습니다. 직원들도 친절합니다.

저는 지난 8/29~8/31 2박으로 모벤픽 빌라 객실을 이용했습니다. 첫 날 객실에서 죽은 쥐가 나왔습니다. 객실에서 쥐가 나온 것은 아주 큰 문제입니다. 환불이나 객실 할인을 요구했으나 그들은 쥐가 나올 수도 있는 환경이라며 환불이나 할인은 정책상 전혀 안된다고 하였습니다. 기억하고 싶지 않은 최악의 숙박이었으며 다시는 가지 않고 절대 추천하지 않는 곳 입니다. I recently stayed at Villa from August 29th to August 31st, and I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the experience. During my stay, a mouse appeared in our room. This issue caused significant distress and discomfort for my family and greatly impacted the quality of our stay. I am not sure how or when the mouse entered the room, but after discovering a dead mouse, we were unable to get any restful sleep. This situation clearly falls short of the cleanliness and safety standards expected by guests and is a very serious issue. I reported this matter to two Assistant Front Office Managers and requested appropriate compensation (a refund or discount). However, I was only told that, due to policy, such requests could not be accommodated. Instead, the only compensation I received was a late check-out and airport transfer. (If a refund or discount had been offered, I would not have required the late check-out or airport transfer.) I also requested a meeting with the General Manager, but they avoided it, citing an event and not working on Saturdays. Therefore, promised a meeting with a senior staff member at 9 AM the next day, but no one showed up at that time. I felt completely ignored. How can a hotel handle commitments to customers in this way? The purpose of staying at a hotel is to rest and sleep, and guests pay for this. My family and I were unable to sleep properly due to the stress caused by the mouse, ultimately failing to achieve the purpose of our hotel stay. It is incomprehensible to me that a refund or room discount could not be provided under these circumstances. Having traveled overseas for a vacation, my experience at Mövenpick was far from satisfactory and ruined my holiday. I will never visit this place again and will not recommend it to my family, friends, or colleagues. This was an extremely unpleasant and disappointing hotel experience.

فندق جداا ممتاز انصح بزيارته و بشده و لكن هناك 3 اقسام للفندق شقق الفندقيه و غرف الفندقيه و الفلل تأكدو من احتياجاتكم قبل الحجز الموظفين جداا متعاونين و ودودين و هناك مكتب للرحلات و الذاكر اسعاره جدا مناسبه و تأكدو من الباص يأخذكم من الفندق و المطار مجاناً
