Det er aldri nok solsenger, gjestene krangler om solsenger og livvaktene kan ikke engelsk. Totalt kaos. Jeg har aldri før opplevd dette på en femstjerners resort. Det er det samme på stranden og ved bassenget. Utrolig treg service ved bassenget og stranden, ventetid på 45 minutter for drikke er vanlig.

Please accept our sincere apologies that the availability of sunbeds, service speed and overall atmosphere did not meet your expectations. During peak season and periods of high occupancy, our resort welcomes a significantly larger number of guests, which can place additional pressure on facilities and service flow. That said, this should never result in discomfort, confusion or extended waiting times, and we regret that this was your experience. Your comments regarding sunbed management, service delays, and communication challenges have been taken very seriously. We are reviewing our operational arrangements and reinforcing service training for our teams including improving communication skills to ensure better organization, efficiency and guest care moving forward. 선셋뷰가 정말 좋아요!! 음식도 맛있고 Khang Chin Ngoc Han Thu Chi Anh 이 친구들 서비스도 정말 좋습니다 해질무렵 오셔서 음식과 선셋을 한꺼번에 즐기시면 정말 좋습니다!! 스테이크랑 랍스터 세트로 시켰는데 음식도 맛있어요!!

Nous avons mangé au restaurant Mad Cow et avons été servis par Khang Chin Anh Thu Chi Giau Ils ont été formidables, nous ont recommandé certains plats et ont été très souriants ainsi que serviables. Nous avons vécu une expérience culinaire délicieuse et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

가족 여행으로 푸꾸옥에 와서 두번째 숙소로 '풀만 호텔(비치 리조트)'에 왔어요. 조식으로 둘 중에 한 곳을 선택 할 수 있는데, '매드 카우'에서 아침을 먹었어요. 9층이라서 전망이 좋았어요. 직원분(LAM)이 친절하게 메뉴를 설명해주고 서빙을 해주었어요. 스테이크를 아이랑 함께 맛있게 먹었어요. 과일도 맛있었고, 디저트로 아이스크림도 먹었어요. ㅎㅎ 조식을 맛있게 먹고, 즐겁게 하루를 시작했어요. ^^
