The hotel in its self was fine, just extremely nosier and the breakfast area seemed very unhygienic.

I've stayed at Mercure Rhodes Alexia multiple times this year, and each visit has been fantastic. The rooms are always spotless, and the spa services are top-notch. The pool is impeccably clean, and the live music events in the evenings are a delightful addition. The staff truly excel in their service, accommodating my work-from-room needs flawlessly and providing great help with car rentals and local tips. The hotel's central location is perfect, offering easy access to Rhodes' attractions without the old town crowds. Special thanks to the guys at the bar for their warm humor, Alexandra, Nikitas, and Angie at reception for their friendly professionalism and hotel manager Sandra for her transformative leadership. With such exceptional service and value, I wholeheartedly recommend Mercure Rhodes Alexia to anyone visiting Rhodes. If I could rate it higher than 10, I would!

Good stay, but the air conditioner did not cool the room at all

The hotel is really nice and the staff is super friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The only problem was that the air conditioner did not cool the room properly.
