A special thank you goes to the Lounge dining team — Joe, Jae Woo, Joshua, Jen, Dayanara, Bryan, and Harrold. Each of them played a meaningful role in making my month-long stay so memorable. Their attentiveness, warmth, and consistency made the Lounge feel like a home away from home and absolutely made the additional cost for Lounge access worthwhile.

I love how clean and spacious the rooms are we stayed on a regular room during our first stay and the 2.5 nights at a suite, difference is it's way bigger and with bath tub. I like that the mattress of the bed is not sagging, I always check this during my stay. Laundry is crazy over pricey i won't recommend. It's also not convenient that you have to put on a scanning machine your bags everytime you enter the hotel. Lobby staffs they look so presentable but they don't have that friendly/approachable look, I don't feel the genuine hospitality. They should try to go experience international hospitality to see what they need to improve.
Location wise it is very convenient many malls nearby. Grab food delivery you have to cross the road to pick it up. I understand the strictness of the hotel but they also need to find ways to make it a convenient stay. I love that Friday to Sunday they have some pop up stalls at the hotel. Markt buffet i would highly recommend to try even once during your stay it is a huge selection , with desserts.

This year, this is our first stay at Swissotel with our new baby. Swissotel provided a baby cot, and even a bottler sterilizer -- this was my biggest worry since we will be staying for 2 nights. Since we were also celebrating my birthday, they even decorated our room. As expected, the room was clean and very comfortable. We were also able to take our baby to the pool to swim and lounge.

the room is really nice, with modern amenities, and we appreciate that everything we needed was provided (toiletries, slippers, coffee, drinking water, iron board etc), but it's also the little things that somehow affected the quality of the overall experience such as: pillows flatten easily like we're using just a thick blanket as pillows, part of the mattress is sagging, hair conditioner and body lotion smell like it's been there a long time and has already expired, toothpaste does not feel like it's toothpaste - no minty taste, it's like brushing with wet cornstarch.
i understand the hotel prioritizes sustainability, but i think you can source sustainable products that still provide guests with quality and "premium" feel and taste. hope you consider these feedback constructive.
