Staffs are very accommodating & approachable. They pay attention to detail especially on request & comments during our staff. Location is very good , in A. NON Busy area of clark to which the environment is relaxing. Special thanks to JOSEN & Sherwin for hearing me out Comments: Why are the 50% & 40% ALL accor App voucher for Dinning NOT Accepted in ALL restaurants in Swissotel. I’ve tried but unfortunately the HOTEL did not accept. I’m quote Confused why as Swissotel is ik the ACCOR Group
