Within a 5-minute walk from Sala Deang BTS station with lots of street food, eateries, convenient stores and malls, the location of the hotel is considered great for my purpose. Checking in is fast and efficient and staff is helpful. We booked a premium room facing the atrium. Although the size of the room is considered a little smaller than expected, it is still adequate for 2 persons. Housekeeping did a decent job although they did not replenish drinking water for a day. I opted for a twin bed and the room comes with 2 small single beds. Size of the bed is smaller than the other twin bedrooms I have stayed in other hotels. Would have preferred a slightly bigger bed. Design of the room is an open concept and there is no door to the bathroom. There is an open rack for hanging clothes and when we checked in we found that there is only 2 hangers in the room. Called front desk and was told that this is what they usually provide. Had to ask for more hangers which they provide us another 4 the next day. There is no hooks for hanging clothes or towels although we can hang the towels on the hanging bar outside the glass door to the shower area. This is somewhat inconvenient when using the bathroom and is quite frustrating at times. If one is staying alone, the inconvenience may not seem too bad but with 2 guests in the room the design and the number of hangers provided is certainly not ideal. Considering the design and the numbers of hangers provided, it seems to suggest that the hotel does not take into consideration the functionality and convenience of guests. To me this is one thing that deter me from considering staying in this hotel again especially there are other hotels nearby. Hopefully the management take the feedback into consideration to improve the convenience to guests staying in the hotel.

This was my second stay at ibis Styles Bangkok Silom, and it was just as pleasant as the first time. The hotel has a modern design, a great location, and offers very good value for money. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What really made my stay memorable this time was the excellent service from K. Ball. He was attentive, friendly, and went the extra mile to ensure I felt welcome and well taken care of. His professionalism and warm hospitality truly reflect the high standards of the hotel. I’ll definitely return again and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Silom.

Tong and Nan Fasai at the front desk were awesome and kind, truly embodying Thai hospitality. The location is very accessible and the price is worth it. They even prepared a birthday amenity for me, which I really appreciate. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend this place to my friends in the Philippines
