Hotel is clean, the staffs are friendly, food is quite delicious and mrs patcharin f&b supervisor is great to serve us when taking breakfast. Room is quite spacious. Mercure hotel lobby is on the 9th floor and there is a small supermarket seven eleven is on the ground floor ots quite complete with snacks, drinks etc.

This was my third visit to this hotel, and I must say, it has become my favorite place in Bangkok. The location is incredibly convenient, with a Seven-Eleven store right on the ground floor for any essentials you might need, MBK shopping mall is just across the road, The staff is exceptional. Ms. DueN the front office manager and her team go above and beyond to make me feel welcome, they even arrange my room before my arrival time. I truly appreciate their kindness and attention to detail, the housekeeping team ensures that my room is spotless and incredibly comfortable. Every morning, Ms. Ann and her restaurant team greet me with my favorite coffee with Oat milk a thoughtful gesture that makes my stay even more enjoyable, the breakfast variety is fantastic, heads up to the hotel chef for the delicious food. I want to thank Ms. DueN for taking the time to meet with me upon my departure, this level of hospitality makes my stay truly special thank you so much. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to my family and friends without any hesitation, thank you, everyone, you all are wonderful, keep up the great work.

Let me begin with the staff,they are probably the nicest,kindest,happiest and professional hotel we have encountered in thailand and as u know people in thailand are nice but these people are simply the best. A special thx for lovely EM and the girls at the reception for helping me find a dentist for my daughter. They know everything and anything about bangkok and advise with a smile...thats priceless these days. The rooms are excellent,just what u need ,in the center of bangkok ,great showers and daily cleaning of the rooms. My advise to aim high and choose a high floor with a view of the city. There is slso a rooftop gym and pool Which just add to the thrill...price for the 5 night stay for two rooms was really great value for money

Very nice hotel Good location 3 min to national stadium bts 5-10 min walk to MBK and siam square 25-30 min to Icon siam Nice various breakfast Good service mind from all staffs Clean room with good view Good experience to stay this hotel we will be back again

The hotel's location is perfect to visit the different temples and sightseeing around Bangkok. All the staff were friendly and always willing to solve questions and meet our needs. The breakfast was amazing! It has a full buffet that combines Asian and Western food with vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options. We are grateful with Ms Patcharin and the entire restaurant team for taking our dietary preferences into account!
