Superb location. Easy to access Siam Square and Siam Paragon. Poor service since when I’d arrived at lobby send my wife and son to check-in. There is no bell boy to pick our luggage up. No one care about us but foreign guest has only. And I parked my car on 3b floor have to lift my luggage all by myself however I called my wife to ask lobby guy for help. Further more no one doesn’t care about us to pick our luggage to our room after check-in. Absolutely poor service. Breakfast is very bad. Location is super but don’t eat anything in this hotel. It’s easy to find something better around there. Don’t set expectations too high about this hotel just it’s location. Room is not very clean but just ok.

Terrible service even we are Accor members

I and my friend checked in at around 8pm 13/8, my room was at 13th floor. Surprisingly, no priority checking in for Accor membership, no welcome drink upon arrival, no one guided us to the room, no amenity set up in the room. We have been to many hotels in Accor group and this is a first time we seen how terrible service was. I informed the receptionist that I wanted to the manager but no one came to talk or call me I would never ever come back or recommend to my friends or families.

We recently stayed at Novotel Siam Square, and visited the 7 countries, 7 grill buffet, and I’ve got to say it was splendid. The minute we walked in the atmosphere was amazing, with all the incredible variety of food that was laid out for our enjoying. Both the waiter/waitresses and the chefs were amazing. Their customer care and service and was amazing, and the food well. It was probably the best I had tasted in any hotel. The price was extremely worth it for the amazing food we had there. I would recommend the Shabu Shabu and the sweet chilli sauce. All in all it wasn’t good, it was great! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who likes good food, a super reasonable price, and of course grill. (All credit goes to the people who’s photos I’ve attached they served us even after everyone had left and closing time was like 5 minutes away, there was one other staff member, who’s photo I haven’t attached cause she wasn’t there but yeah) also this isn’t a promotional review, I actually went and ate there, and I really did enjoy it

Never fail to book this hotel when I travel to Bangkok. Hotel near the Paragon Mall … BTS just within 2-3 mins walk … food court just inside the mall Hotel very convenient to everywhere as BTS just mins walk away from hotel. Book the Junior Suties but due to aircon got faulty And not cold. We have no choice have to downgrade to smaller room. Especially Thanks for the staff Ms Vicky help us to get a corner Deluxe room for my family. She is friendly and very helpful to find us another room. We enjoy our 3 nights stay in June ! We will back this coming September again. Thanks !

Good location, old room

The location for this hotel is very good, very near to BTS station and shopping mall. But the condition of the room is pretty bad. Old furniture's, lots of stain in bath room. weird smell at the walk way,
