We just wanted to share our wonderful experience during our stay. We had access to the lounge and the staff were amazing. However, Mint the staff member was the best out of all of them. She is friendly and looked after us and ensured we were comfortable. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Novotel Bangkok Siam Square. Proud and Mam in the lounge were very friendly and looked after us. The ladies greeted us with a smile and made sure we were comfortable. The food in the lounge was delicious and it was nice to experience some traditional treats.

Very good location and easy to find as it is just right beside siam station. From the moment, all the staff are very friendly. Potae, the front desk agent is also are very helpful. Check in process is easy, fuss free and didn’t have to wait long.

Perfect location in the center of Siam Square. Shopping malls, Massage shop and restaurant surrounding the hotel. Service from staffs are truly fantastic especially Tent, Noey and Mint, super helpful and friendly, without any hesitation. I will come back to stay to this hotel again next vacation. See you soon!

Fantastic location and great service from reception, housekeeping and Gourmet Bar. Good breakfast spread. Worn out room despite recently renovated. Old towels and very basic amenities, would definitely book again as the location is perfect, walking distance to all the popular malls.
