早餐不错，不过双床房的床太小了。

“地理位置很好但周邊交通聲音比較大”

飯店的位置在南十字車站門口，附近交通非常方便，但缺點也是會有路面電車火車的聲音比較多，淺眠的人建議戴耳塞。 服務人員非常親切，辦理check in的時候會詳細介紹注意事項，也給予觀光行程方面的建議。房間非常乾淨，床鋪舒適，淋浴空間也很乾淨寬敞。 有一些免費的茶包、巧克力、膠囊咖啡，也有需要付費的mini bar 2樓公共空間有健身房，但是是簡單的設備沒有很多，比較有特色的是蠻大的游泳池，大約20-25公尺、半露天，還有溫水池和桑拿。 早餐的選擇沒有想像中多，可以用點餐的方式客制化蛋的料理。雀巢膠囊咖啡機可以有很多選擇還不錯。 對面車站內有許多餐廳商店和大賣場，也是前往機場的快速巴士的搭乘站，對於初訪墨爾本的旅客而言是非常方便的住宿選擇。
