酒店服务较好，唯一缺点就是楼下在24小时施工，影响夜间睡眠，酒店并未提前告知。

Dear Bin, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent family stay. We are pleased to hear that you found our hotel service to be good and our location excellent. We also appreciate your high ratings for arrival, accommodation, cleanliness, our team, check-out, WiFi, and our sustainability initiatives. However, I am very sorry to learn that your sleep was affected by the 24-hour construction work outside, and that you were not informed about this in advance. We understand how disruptive this can be, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and lack of peace it caused. We are actively reviewing our procedures to better inform guests about potential external disturbances and to mitigate their impact. While we do have earplugs available at reception to help, I regret if this was not sufficiently communicated or offered proactively. We hope that despite this issue, you had an otherwise pleasant stay in Melbourne. We sincerely hope you might consider giving us another opportunity to provide a superior experience, one that is more peaceful. 飯店的位置在南十字車站門口，附近交通非常方便，但缺點也是會有路面電車火車的聲音比較多，淺眠的人建議戴耳塞。 服務人員非常親切，辦理check in的時候會詳細介紹注意事項，也給予觀光行程方面的建議。房間非常乾淨，床鋪舒適，淋浴空間也很乾淨寬敞。 有一些免費的茶包、巧克力、膠囊咖啡，也有需要付費的mini bar 2樓公共空間有健身房，但是是簡單的設備沒有很多，比較有特色的是蠻大的游泳池，大約20-25公尺、半露天，還有溫水池和桑拿。 早餐的選擇沒有想像中多，可以用點餐的方式客制化蛋的料理。雀巢膠囊咖啡機可以有很多選擇還不錯。 對面車站內有許多餐廳商店和大賣場，也是前往機場的快速巴士的搭乘站，對於初訪墨爾本的旅客而言是非常方便的住宿選擇。
