As an Accor Plus member, I booked this 5-star hotel as a special treat for my birthday and called ahead to inquire about any birthday surprise. Upon check-in, I confirmed again and was assured there would be a chocolate treat for me (no cakes or wines). However, nothing was provided—they simply forgot, said they must have been busy and offered no apologies. Additionally, the hotel doesn’t serve alcohol, so no welcome drinks were available, except for a Coke when I asked. I also tried turning on the air conditioning but couldn't find the remote and called reception, but no one picked up. Furthermore, the WiFi kept disconnecting. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay. Pros: Right next to Marvel Stadium and Docklands, walking distance to Southern Cross Station. Clean and comfy bed.

Receptionists were friendly. Location was key. Will stay here again if going to concerts at Marvel Stadium in future. Hotel was undergoing a system change but didn't present a problem. The balcony room was so big. We had 3 in there with a rollaway bed. Breakfast was ok. Needed more vegan items.

Do not stay here. You are paying for an overpriced bed that's it. No amenities, no service, no parking. Horrible. No in room dining, parking not inside the venue. No mini bar, can't even purchase bottled water. Can't get a coffee, nothing. Spend your money else where it is a hotel.
