Hotel Mercure is a stunning hotel situated a five minutes stroll from the seafront . The hotel is kept very clean to a high standard The moment we walked through the door we were made to feel very welcome . A big word of praise for everyone of the staff you made our stay a memorable one, every one of them from the reception , dining ,cleaning maintainance they were all exceptional , a big thank you We enjoyed our stay and will be back Thank you

A beautiful hidden gem hotel ❤️

Location of the Mercure is hidden up a short side street and what a gem of a find. This hotel is full of a Mediterranean feel and the fresh beautiful aroma filled the hotel throughout. Hotel is very spacious, 3 lifts, gym, pool and beautiful stocked gardens/grounds, sunbeds are privately set out and xtra is the Balinese beds. The rooms are spacious, beds & pillows are very comfortable, immaculately clean, plenty of seating to relax, fabulous views, showers were very powerful and constantly hot. The food was amazing, plenty choice, well presented and so much choice from breakfast to evening meal. The hotel had a lovely welcoming feel. All staff are very friendly and attentive. Brenda met us each meal time with a pleasant smile. Carlos greeted us on reception and offered complimentary drinks. The hotel is within walking distance to New Town and 5 mins walk to shops/bars/ sea front. I would highly recommend and will be returning. We stayed for 4 nights and is well worth the money we paid.

Two weeks at this hotel and we couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Comfy bed, lovely view, super hot shower, great food and awesome staff! Special shout out to wonderful bar staff, Wander, Brenda and Alberto. Fab restaurant staff Davide and Samuel and others whose names I didn’t get. Reception staff very helpful when extra pillows, milk etc needed. Would come back here in a heart beat.

The Hotel Mercure offers 5 star service. Excellent breakfast choices, clean, quiet and comfortable rooms and attention to detail in all areas. Staff are very attentive and pleasant. Great location up a quiet street, but close to the beach and old town. We highly recommend Hotel Mercure.

We loved our stay at Mercure Benidorm. An absolute oasis of calm in amongst a very busy lively and fun place! We wanted a bit of nightlife and crazy along with old town and calm and that’s what we got!
