Wonderful hotel, very clean and great facilities. Except the swimming pool it is not heated in Winter. Food was excellent. Room are modern, and well decorated. The well soundproofed Bedrooms have fridges and coffee making facilities. 5 minutes walk to the Ponient beach and old town.

Excellent Short Break !

Had an excellent short break with my wife and sister in law recently. The hotel is first class with very comfortable rooms ours was overlooking the swimming pool. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we left a mobile phone behind, now safely recovered. The food in the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous four nights away for some winter sunshine

Excellent hotel. We have stayed before and will keep on returning because in our opinion the Mercure is just the best hotel in Benidorm. It’s perfectly situated so that if you want peace and quiet, then you can have it but if you want busy bars and music then you can have that too. The hotel pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort. The staff are so helpful and friendly, nothing appears to be too much trouble. A complimentary cold glass of Cava on our arrival was a lovely welcome and the option of having it for breakfast was a pleasant surprise. They’ve thought of everything to make your stay one to remember and we will most definitely return.

Best place to stay in Benidorm

The hotel was amazing to stay in, the staff were all friendly they all said hello in Spanish when they saw us walking round the hotel, entertainment was fabulous, we did a craft class with dried flowers, a yoga class before our 10km race and listened to great saxophone music in evening. The rooms were left spitless if we asked for it to be cleaned or towels changed. The swimming pool was just the right size for morning swims before breakfast - would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends as it’s a 5 minute walk to shops and beach.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Mercure Hotel Benidorm. All the staff: reception, bar, restaurant, cleaners etc were fabulous & SO helpful. The hotel is clean, bright, airy & welcoming. The food was excellent. The activities were great & we thoroughly enjoyed the yoga! My only criticism would be the towels being changed every day which was unnecessary.
