A nice welcome to Benidorm

I stayed here as a solo traveller for a 3 day break. It was an hour transfer from Alicante Airport. I was grateful to be allowed to check in as soon as I arrived around midday. The room was clean, equipped with fridge, safe, kettle, hairdryer and other useful items. I slept well as the beds were comfortable. I stayed on a bed and breakfast basis which was good plenty of selection in the morning although some tomatoes would be good with the hot breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby entertainment was sparse, there was a saxaphonist on at weekend but not much atmosphere. This was not too much of an issue as there are many bars and shows to go to in walking distance. I went to benidorm palace one evening. The hotel is a short walk to both levante and pontiente beaches as well as shopping centres, old town. It is about 40 min pleasant walk to the main strip (new town). Hotel staff were generally helpful and professional Overall this hotel met my needs and I would likely return.

We stayed here for 4 nights with our friends. Fantastic hotel with an amazing atmosphere and so relaxing. The rooms although small had everything we needed and were clean. Additionally, its perfect location near the sea adds to its charm. Great friendly check in service, will definitely stay again.

Unbelievable hotel with the most amazing staff it’s not Benidorm it’s Bali ! Room amazing location good just 9 euro to new town and the amazing Sinatras club with brilliant tribute acts The best bed ever with glorious sunshine big shout to desk man

Hotel amazing, Mariano the Hotels spa massage lady is the best ever. I've never wrote about just one person in a hotel but this is an exception. OK shout out to Miguel who did a great job booking us in and upgrading us at a great rate but then Mariano came round the pool to promote herself (Spa). I love a massage in the UK but OMG she is on a whole new different level, I'm stuck for words! Booked back in! Stunning hotel, loved the bedroom, loved the laid back aspect of the hotel. Gym amazing with fresh bottled water to enjoy with your workout. Big shout out to our maid, she is fantastic and the room is immaculate every day. Definitely coming back.

Beautiful hotel, quiet and peaceful. Just returned from a 4 night stay with my 5 year old granddaughter. Only a few other families here but we were made very welcome by staff and other guests. Rooms very clean and fresh, standard room fine for short trip. We stayed half board given I came with a child. Breakfast was very plentiful and varied. Evening meal buffet style and something for everyone. Chicken, fish, pasta, salad etc. we had steak one night and pork which was beautifully cooked. Pool cold but fine once you’re in and swimming. Lots of sun beds available. Lots of shaded areas that will be welcomed in high season. Nice chill out areas outdoors for relaxation and reading. Lunch snacks and alcoholic drinks at the bar very reasonable. We had great service from Isobel and the lady on breakfast, sorry cannot remember your name. Both staff very attentive and lovely with my granddaughter Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay, close to beach and old town restaurants.
