Dear 838eianm, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your recent four-night stay with us. While I’m pleased to hear you enjoyed our central location, facilities, and comfortable rooms, I’m truly sorry that certain aspects of your visit did not meet your expectations. I regret to learn of your dining experience at Miss Mi. While the restaurant is known for its bold Asian flavors, your suggestion to include a few non-spicy options is a valuable one, and I will share this with our culinary team for consideration. I am particularly concerned about your experience at breakfast on your final morning. The service and cleanliness you described are well below our usual standards, and the comment you received from our team member is unacceptable. Please rest assured I will be addressing this directly with the Food & Beverage leadership team to ensure retraining and better staffing support, especially on busy weekends. It is also disappointing to hear that your made-to-order dishes were served cold and that salt and pepper shakers were frequently empty. These are basic standards that should always be met, and I apologies for the oversight. Finally, I’m sorry you did not receive your tax invoice in a timely manner and that your follow-up emails went unanswered. This is not the level of responsiveness we strive for, and I will personally ensure that your invoice is sent to you today. Your feedback will be used as a training opportunity for our teams so we can prevent these issues from recurring.
