I’m pleased to read that you found our location convenient, the room clean and spacious, and that you particularly enjoyed the comfort of the mattress — restful sleep is so important when travelling. I’m also glad our team was able to respond quickly to both the check-in congestion and the refrigerator issue, and that this was handled to your satisfaction. Thank you also for your honest comments regarding breakfast variety and the condition of some public areas. Your feedback around menu repetition for longer stays, as well as carpets and general wear in corridors and lifts, is well noted and shared with our leadership and housekeeping teams.
