Our stay in Liège was characterised by very friendly and helpful staff, a room with a fantastic view and a delicious and varied breakfast. Our special wish to be given a room in the topmost floor far away from the elevator was heeded. The offer for free coffee and tea in the lobby also is a great extra! The only thing that really bothered us was the somewhat careless way our room was cleaned. Right away after the first night, we asked for the hairdryer, which was rather sticky, to be cleaned, which was done, however so superficially that it made hardly any difference. Most notably, on the last night, the bed wasn't really made, and none of our litter cans emptied. As they had been rather full from the day before, that part bothered us indeed. So that's why we were satisfied with our stay, but can't give you more than the minimum points in that category.
