너무나 안락하고 평화로운 리조트입니다. 무엇보다도 디테일이 끝장납니다. 발리에서 유일하게 4일동안 샤워기 필터가 그대로인 리조트네요. 한국 수질과 거의 유사한 수준입니다. 음식은 너무나 맛나고 직원들이 정말정말 친절합니다. 편안하고 세심한 케어를 원하는 여행자라면 강추합니다.

세번째 래플스발리 투숙이고요, 래플스발리는 우아하고도 정적이며 아름다운 곳이죠. 내 생애 가장 동화같은 시간을 보내는 곳이라 지인들에게도 늘 추천하는 곳. 정말이지 지극히 평화로웠고요 래플스발리의 버틀러서비스는 다시 경험하기 어려울거에요 너무나 칭찬해요. F&B퀄리티는 정말이지 감동적이고요. 래플스 브랜드의 아이덴티티와 발리의 로컬라이징이 절묘하게 어우러져서 너무너무 좋았어요. 래플스발리에서는 시간이 정말 천천히 흘렀으면 좋겠더라구요

한국사람들이 가면 기겁할곳 공사장이 수영장한가운데서 보이며 타워크레인이 있고 공사장소리가 엄청크게들리며 공사장인부들이 육안으로 보일정도로 가깝게 있습니다. 또한, 공사장이 바라보는 뷰에있어 룸체인지 요청을 하였으나 오늘은 바꿔줄방이없으니 내일 낮 12시에 변경해주겠다고 하여 점심식사 후 변경될줄알았으나 2시 반까지 반응이 없어 물어보니 상급자와 대화중이라는 말만 할뿐 조치라곤 총괄버틀러가 사과할뿐 별다른 내용이 없어 투어사에 문의하여 컴플레인 하자마자 룸체인지를 해준시간이 4시 우리는 대기를 전날 8시에서 19시간을 하였으며 그거에 대한 보상을 에프터눈티 서비스로 이야기하여 그런거필요없고 방이나 빨리 바꿔달라 요청하였으나 19시간 대기이후 변경 시간은 시간대로 날리고 아무것도 못한상태로 저녁에 4시간 수영장 이용 후 취침 후 퇴실함 퇴실시 총괄매니저가 나와서 미안하다곤하지만 실질적으로 우리가 본 손해가 더욱 큰데 다음에 또와달라는 이야기를 하면서 마무리를 하여 다시는 오고싶지않은 곳
