We usually received good comments on the breakfast offer. Concerning the electricity shut down, that was in the whole city and we did not have any control on it. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. All the product propose on the breakfast are made on the same day. We regret that you did not enjoy it and that the staff attitude wasn't correct. Concerning the parking, it wasn't blocked by someone from the hotel. The receptionist tried to find the person who blocked your car but it was a guest who was doing a seminar. He forgot to move his car after unloading his goods because he was injured by a bottle and needed treatment by our staff.
