Hotel was great bar, restaurant and reception and staff but ..... Our room had an awful smell from the bathroom drains . Would stay again but avoid room 509

Great staff — very welcoming and helpful. Nora in particular was outstanding, she went above and beyond to make our stay

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Nora at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her — she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Staff like Nora make all the difference, and I really appreciate the care and attention she showed. She is a credit to the hotel, and I would happily return thanks to her excellent service.

Check-in wasn’t great, checkout was miserable. The door of the my room wouldn’t close by itself, could it be deliberate?! A room in front of the lift can’t be considered a quiet room! Rude bar-staff and NOT great choice of complimentary drink. Coffee/Milk/Sugar was commodity in the room and front desk staff wasn’t very much willing to give me some, upon request. Breakfast except for little glitches was splendid, though I don’t eat much and choice was great.

Excellent hotel. Rooms, staff, facilities all very good. Breakfast excellent and the caesar salad and meat selection in the chic bistro by the entrance in the evening was lovely. We enjoyed our short stay very much. A hotel that not only doesn't disappoint it impresses.
