Excellent hotel. Rooms, staff, facilities all very good. Breakfast excellent and the caesar salad and meat selection in the chic bistro by the entrance in the evening was lovely. We enjoyed our short stay very much. A hotel that not only doesn't disappoint it impresses.

The hotel interior was presentable and the room was accommodating. The breakfast had a vast variety of choices. MARTIN was a great help at the front desk. He was very friendly and welcoming. He gave great tourist recommendations and was a great conversationalist from the two "London Ladies." The location of the hotel wasn't too far from Antwerp Central and the tourist attractions.

Very little care is given to maintenance

Good customer service, but very dissapointed roomwise. Although spacious, very dark decoration, uncomfortable bed and pillows, no possibility to open a window. Very little care is given to maintenance, for example: in the rooms, more things were hanging crooked than properly fixed (towel rack, toilet paper holder, painting, sockets ). The hairdryer looked like it was from the 90s. The lack of a proper door closer is also extremely annoying; you are really woken up by other guests slamming their doors. Rooms are also very very noisy. Severe lack of parking space. Located outside the city center, not very accessible by public transport. Was here on a business trip, but would never stay here on a personal level after this experience.

Additionally, our rooms have been designed with a style that normally brings warmth and comfort; we regret to learn this was not the case for you. Moreover, our beds and pillows typically receive compliments for their comfort, and we are surprised to hear your experience was different. We offer various types of pillows and mattress toppers at reception to cater to different preferences. Regarding the concern about windows that do not open, this is a safety measure due to the structure of our building. To ensure a peaceful stay, we have solid concrete walls to minimize noise; however, we apologize if you experienced disturbances. Furthermore, parking can be limited and we always suggest guests to reach out to our receptionists for alternative parking arrangements if necessary. While our hotel is located outside the city center, we believe our location is conveniently accessible by public transport, with a tram stop just around the corner providing a quick connection to downtown Antwerp. We are continuously working to improve our services and guest experience, taking all feedback into serious consideration. We hope you will return for an improved experience in the future. Nice hotel out of the city center.

My husband decided we needed a hotel while visiting our daughter because her house is too cold and sleeping on an air mattress just doesn’t do it for him. This place is a 5 to 10 minute walk from her house. It is a very large, nice hotel. My husband received excellent customer service when he checked in. We have a very nice room with lots of space, large closet, slippers, robes, a great shower, hot water, small fridge, coffee maker and safe. I am certainly enjoying this room. Staff has been very nice. There is a bar downstairs. There is also 2 water bottle filing stations by the elevator. You cannot fill large water bottles but it has been very nice for me to have. I really have appreciated this. It is not in the main city center but is easy enough to get there with transportation or about a 40 minute walk each way depending on where you are going. I would stay here again. Also good restaurants around the area.

A very pleasant weekend stay

The rooms and the public areas were all nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and there was hot water in the bathroom and there is a shower over the bath that was OK. The bar staff were polite and keen to please. Having arrived in the early evening we tried the food from the restaurant and it was very good, well cooked and reasonable portions. During our 3 night stay we had meals in the bar, the restaurant and out on the terrace, all very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was adequate but basic. All in all we would be more than happy to stay here again. The only minor point is the fact that the rooms and corridors are quite dark.
