We visited the hotel for a short break in March. From the minute we were greeted by the reception staff we were treated like V.I.Ps. The staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel is a converted pawn brokers, steeped in history. Each room is decorated around a theme from Dante's Divine comedy. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The rooms are exceptionally well sound proofed , so that guests experience minimal outside noise. The beds are extremely comfortable and the free mini bar is a lovely treat. Great variety at breakfast. Excellent central location so that you can walk to any of the tourist highlights within the city. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and will definitely return in the future. Marie at breakfast stood out for me as being exceptionally helpful.

This Dante themed hotel has a lot going on. I was a little worried that it would be all for show but it was actually a great experience. It was extremely well located and had underground parking. The hotel staff was incredibly nice and attentive. The room and amenities were very nice. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options. It also has a nice little library room where we played pool. Overall it was a lovely experience.

Such a beautiful hotel! My daughter and I stayed here during our recent stay in Florence. Great locations with easy access to the train station and walking distance to most major attractions. The hotel was quirky, clean and the restaurant offered amazing Tuscan food.

we chose this hotel because it ticked so many boxes such as great location, gym, design forward rooms, lots of chilling out spaces, great looking bar, cafe and restaurant and for all of that, not overly expensive. the hotel delivered on all of these fronts plus a whole lot more. what the box ticking could not cover was the wonderful, helpful service that really makes you feel that you are not alone when experiencing a new city. we had an incident where we left a bag full of valuables in a taxi and the reception team did everything in their power to trace and retrieve the bag which was finally successful. to summarise, the experience lead me to look at where else the 25 hours group exists. i would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who wants to have a base which is lively and fun, but also serious about quality and delivery of a great hotel experience. many thanks for making our stay so memorable

The hotel is modern and comfortable. Room design and interior devoted to Dante’s “Divine Comedy “ is sophisticated! Bed and pillow is above and beyond. Delicious breakfast served in a restaurant in the morning. Staff is friendly and helpful. Amy, the evening waitress is amazing , making you feel like you’re in your friend home!
