December 27-31, 2 rooms in floor 6. Our stay was perfect from check in till our late check out. Special thanks to all in the front desk. Excellent location, rooms were very clean & hygienic; thanks to all housekeepers on this floor always on time room very clean with full amenities. All family enjoyed staying in this hotel. It was one of the best hotels that we stayed in. Also, there is a complimentary machine in the lobby for a variety of coffee. Thanks to all in the hotel for their attention, follow-up & polite attitudes

We stayed here for 4 nights with our children, and we had a great time. The room was spacious. Location is unbeatable, 3 mins walk to the train station and 8-10 mins walk the other way to the Duomo. There is a whole line of restaurants and cafes on the street where this hotel is. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but they do offer variety of options.

Nights stayed: 1 Room type: Privilege Room with balcony (with sofa bed) What we loved: - Location was near the train station (about 5-7mins walk) - As a Platinum Accor member, we received a early check in, free upgrade to next room category, complimentary mini bar and also welcome drinks Notes - Sofa bed is a tad small!
