Very nice hotel in a central location. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room exceeded my expectations. The morning food service area needs a bit revamping as it was often too crowded to get coffee at the machine and bumping into others where the food is located in another small room.

I would like to thank you for the so special welcome we received. We always felt pampered as if we were at home and our stay was safe and memorable. A big thank you to the breakfast team for their good mood in the morning and their little daily attentions. As well, the Front desk team especially Victoria ( I’m not sure of the name the girl who made our check-in) is always helpful and has good advice. And I can’t forget Mme Michela and the General manager Mme Veronica. Mr Fernandes

The Hotel's location is very good . Duomo is just few minute walking distance and there are many shops and restaurants in that area . The hotel is at the busiest area . We had a very difficult parking issue . As we had to go around the hotel several times to know where to park our car to offload our luggage's . The entrance is just at the road near a traffic light . We suggest that either someone standing near the entrance directing the guests or inform the gust in advance via email what to do we he arrives . There is a car parking garage behind the hotel few minutes walk named " Garage Giglio " . The hotel charged € 60 but if you park by your own would be € 35 per night . The room was good with free mini bar items provided at the first night as welcome drinks . Free WiFi . We have not tried hotel's breakfast . It is € 20 if you pre-book and € 35 if you walk in. Generally , the hotel is good and especially the staff as they are cooperative and friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Tawfik .

Home away from home in Florence!

Wonderful hotel in the perfect location for tourists. 10 minute walk to the SMN train station which made it very easy to grab our train to Rome. 5 minutes We arrived a bit delayed after many hours of traveling from NYC and our room was not immediately ready. Waited about 30 minutes in the lobby and finally got into the Medici Suite. The suite was very spacious and well appointed. Free mini bar items were much appreciated. Fantastic shower and very quiet since we were on the top floor of the hotel. Breakfast was a bit of a low point - seemed to have trouble with the espresso machine each day. Drinks were not hot enough. Also, the selection of cooked items on the buffet were always lukewarm. Very limited options to order from the kitchen. The omelettes were a disappointment. The housekeeping staff was amazing! So hard working. I was pleased to leave them a tip each day. As an ALL Accor member we were entitled to a welcome drink at the bar. The only option was prosecco or sodas. At most Accor hotels you can select from a wider array of drinks. We walked everywhere and only used a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Highly recommend a wonderful restaurant that is steps away from the hotel - Cantinetta Antinori.

Great find in Firenze. On the main drag, 10 minute walk from the SMN train station and 5 minutes from the Duomo. Unlimited mini bar with Accor account. Special mention goes to Alessandro who helped us make reservations and gave us great suggestions for dining.
