The entire stay was great. The hotel, the themed rooms, the staff, the design of hotel in general… the experience from beginning to end was nothing like we experienced before. We liked it so much that we decided, just for the experience in the hotel, to book another night before leaving town. Highly recommend this hotel. These Italians certainly have taste - the styling is chic and we really loved it. Great restaurant downstairs too and really friendly staff. A pleasant stay at a hotel will certainly boost your experience in Florence and I’m so glad we did it at this establishment.

Decadent, Luxurious, Fun!

Where to begin? We booked a Dante's Inferno room and the trip up (or rather, down) to the room was also incredible! The hallways are festooned with hellish character, and the room was plush, decadent and full of fun, thoughtful features! The massive rainfall shower is especially wonderful, as is the decor in the room! The front desk staff are fabulous and friendly, and the bars are cafe within the hotel are also beautifully imagined. 10/10! :-)

The whole stay was great. Especially the reception staff was super friendly and very fast. They were very helpful at the check in and check out. We come back to this amazing property. We felt super comfortable!!

Prachtig hotel. Uitstekend gelegen nieuw hotel. Kamers mooi hip & praktisch. Inchecken zou iets vlotter kunnen verlopen… Douches in de kamer (wij reserveerden er 2) lekken en veroorzaken grote plassen in de kamer … spijtig voor een spiksplinternieuwe hotel. Maar verder een en al lof over dit mooie stekje midden Firenze !
