Thereare so many options for breakfast. The food prepared by Precious and Rukiye was delicious, they are so kind and always smiling. Everybody is polite and very nice. The bed are super comfortable I dont want to get up! Its a great option in Istanbul, the location is convenient

Our experience was truly exceptional, thanks to the professionalism and dedication of your team. I would like to extend a special thanks to Ela, who was always helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Additionally, I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Suzan, who is truly an example of an employee who loves her work. Her constant smile and her exceptional way of assisting us made a lasting impression on us. She is one of the main reasons we felt so comfortable, and I will certainly return to this hotel many times because of her. I also want to thank the receptionist Aly for his kindness and warm welcome, which further enhanced our positive experience at the hotel. Thank you all very much, and I look forward to returning in the future.

During our stay, we were thrilled with the service from Ela, Tuana, and Suzan. Ela welcomed us with warmth and attentiveness, making us feel at home. Tuana’s omelets were a delightful highlight, perfectly cooked and served with a smile. Suzan ensured everything ran smoothly with her efficient and friendly service. I can’t say much about the hotel itself, because I paid for a 5 star hotel accommodation and I didn’t received such accommodations, we were given a room in the hotel annex. However I did enjoy the restaurant and bar services and food. Emir the chef cooked a delicious meal which me and my friends enjoyed. The guys at the bar were very friendly and very efficient.

hello We were satisfied with the condition of the restaurant and the quality of the breakfast menu. My family and I want to thank and appreciate the good and kind behavior of Mrs. Ela and Mrs. Suzan. Mrs. Ela was extremely professional, clean, fast and patient while cooking. Finally, I want to express my and my family's dissatisfaction with the unpleasant smell of the room, toilet and bathroom. A very unpleasant smell was coming from there. Unfortunately, the ventilation fan was not available in the toilet!!
