Normally stay 3 times a year but this time was provided a room in the annexe on 0 level with hardly any window AC was not working and called engineering to be told that is all the power system had and nothing they could do Very disappointing and my last stay..never again

I came very early for suhur and jasser was so helpful and invited me to start picking from the buffet while the setting of it was still ongoing ! Good food, nice service and Friendly staff especially Jasser andolsi ! I’ll make sure to visit again

Not a 5 star hotel. My issues started before I had even taken the trip. I booked it via Booking.com as non-refundable, but I was allowed to change the dates if I needed to. My plans changed so I submitted a request via Booking.com to change my dates. The hotel didn't respond. I tried again - my new dates were only a week away - and the hotel still did not respond to my messages. I called the hotel about five times over the next few days to ask them to change my dates and ask why they don't respond to any messages. They weren't apologetic at all, but eventually changed the dates. I was shocked at the lack of customer service for a '5 star' hotel, before I had even arrived. The room (junior sutie) was big and clean, which was great. But lots of things needed sorting, like mould around the shower. There was a kitchenette area, with a microwave, but no plates, cups, cutlery. Not even a spoon. I asked about it and was told it was for show?! A whole kitchenette for show Went to get a coffee from the Starbucks branded cafe in the hotel. Paid £12 for a small Americano and a Kinder Bueno chocolate bar! £7 for a small americano and £5 for a chocolate bar!!! Still can't get over that. Breakfast was fine, but when I asked for a coffee I was told it was extra. Or I could have coffee out the machine. €20 for breakfast with coffee from a machine. And I don't mean a bean-to-cup machine. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Overall it was fine, but don't go if you think you'll get a 5 star experience. More like a 2-3*

We are sorry for late responses to messages which were received out of working hours of reservation office. Thanks for noting room space and cleanliness, our team try to do their best and upgraded your room to Superior suite. I will share the review with our housekeeping team. There is tea, coffee, water with cups, glasses and disposable teaspoons in kitchenettes, other cutlery our guests can requests 24/7 by calling reception or restaurant. Open buffet breakfast included unlimited tea, filter coffee, juices from machine. Other types of coffee our guests can order by menu. We're thrilled to hear that our staff made a good impression on you with their friendly and attentive service. This hotel is maximum 3 stars , the rooms are very dirty , the beds are terrible First we stayed at the other building which was a disaster , then we upgraded to a duplex room which is spacious but still not even a 3 star hotel , avoid it ! Its the cheapest 5 star hotel in taksim for a reason

The hotel is located on a sloping street, but we were not given the scenic main building shown in the photos. Instead, we were sent to what seems like an “annex” next door called Ofton. The hotel is essentially divided into two blocks, and we were assigned to the worse one. The hotel is incredibly dirty—cleanliness is clearly not a priority. There were piles of dust everywhere: in the elevator, hallways, on the walls, and even on furniture like tables and mirrors. The room we were given was spacious but had several issues. For three people, they expected one of us to sleep on a rollaway bed with just a topper instead of a proper mattress. The toilet didn’t flush, and there was a persistent smell of sewage. We paid a lot for our vacation and for a supposedly 5-star hotel, but this doesn’t even come close to 2 stars! Cleanliness should at least be guaranteed. The restaurant was poorly lit, almost completely dark. However, the chef was always accommodating and willing to prepare alternative dishes for us. The hotel is terribly managed, and many staff members don’t speak English. On the plus side, the hotel is centrally located, but despite that, I can only give one star. You need to review your management and, most importantly, your cleanliness standards. It’s unacceptable to have a “series A” hotel and a “series B” one. We all pay the same and expect the same quality.
