Prenotato una camera per 4 persone. In camera troviamo 3 sedie per cui uno mangia in piedi, 3 piatti , sapone lavastoviglie inesistente ( a cosa serve quindi una lavastoviglie?) e sapone piatti praticamente esaurito. Per ottenere il piatto che mancava abbiamo dovuto insistere ed aspettare piu di 15 minuti perché la persona all'ingresso ha detto che non c'erano piatti e di aspettare il giorno dopo. Peccato che il giorno dopo saremmo ripartiti. Forno a microonde con fortissimo odore di salsiccia. Peccato, perché l'hotel non è male ma evidentemente la gestione non è all'altezza.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your stay. You stayed with us for one night in one of our family rooms. We have checked the room setup again, and it includes three chairs and one stool, providing a total of four seating options. This arrangement is intentional in order to keep the room comfortable and avoid overcrowding the available space. The washing-up liquid in the room was approximately half full. Should any additional washing-up liquid be required during a stay, it is always available free of charge at reception. Dishwasher tablets are also provided and can be found in the designated basket together with a sponge, cloth and tea towel. We are sorry that one plate was missing from the room and we sincerely apologise for this oversight. We also regret that you had to wait around 15 minutes for the additional plate. At that time, our receptionist was assisting other guests with check-in and was therefore unable to attend to your request immediately.
