As someone who frequently travels for business, I am impressed by the service and facilities at Sofitel Hotel. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt their warm hospitality towards guests. The front desk staff are friendly and always willing to assist. Whether it's providing luggage handling services or offering information about the surrounding area, they are always ready to provide the best help for guests. Additionally, the dining options at the hotel are impressive. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there is a wide variety of choices to satisfy my taste preferences. The ingredients are fresh, the dishes are meticulously prepared, and each dish showcases the professionalism of the chefs. Furthermore, the ambiance of the restaurant is very comfortable, providing a relaxing place for me to unwind after a busy day of work. Overall, Sofitel Hotel has provided me with a comfortable accommodation experience during my business trips. Their attentive service and high-quality dining options have left me very satisfied, and I look forward to staying at this hotel again in the future.

Overall, a well located and clean hotel with all the facilities expected. Not a large number of English speakers but enough to get by. Breakfasts reasonably extensive although the coffee let things down. Although an OK hotel, the management should gain some experience working at Sofitel Xi'an or Sofitel Xining to experience the high standards of the Sofitel brand and apply their learnings to Beijing.

家人推荐一定要入住北京索菲特大酒店，来北京旅游，所以选择入住北京索菲特大酒店，酒店大堂很华丽，前台人员办理入住也很及时，态度也很好，房间舒适，设计感十足，早餐在B1层，每天都有不同种类的菜品，食材新鲜，服务也很好，Candy 对我们一家真的很好，我们入住四天，帮我们安排自助餐，从颐和园滑冰回来，饱餐一顿，价格合理，小火锅暖暖的，这次家人旅行，真的很开心，下次再来北京，还会入住。大力推荐！！！！！！！

这次出差选择了北京索菲特大酒店，酒店地理位置好，在建国门，交通便利。房间面积很大，圆形浴缸也非常不错。销售Nora态度好，也很专业。非常满意的一次入住！
