We sincerely apologise for the unacceptable level of cleanliness you encountered in your room, including the unvacuumed carpet, dirty kitchen floor, smudged windows, unclean kitchen cabinets, and the insufficient provision of coffee pods and dishwasher tablets. This falls far below our housekeeping standards, and we deeply regret the impact this had on your stay. We are addressing these issues immediately with our housekeeping team, reinforcing our cleaning protocols, and conducting additional inspections to ensure all rooms meet our high standards.
