Positiv: Bett/Matratze ist sehr angenehm Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich und hilfsbereit Negativ: Fenster schließen schlecht, man hört die Straße sehr laut. Leider wurde uns ohne Absprache ein Behindertenzimmer zugeteilt. Obwohl ein Kleinkind 👶 in der Reservierung angegeben war, wurde uns ein Zimmer gegenüber vom Housekeeping Raum gegeben. Das housekeeping schlägt die Türe oft und laut zu während der Arbeit 👎🏻. Die Preise der Kindergerichte in der Pizzeria sind sehr schlecht gekennzeichnet. Das grenzt schon fast an Betrug (oben auf der Seite, so klein dass man es kam lesen kann. Sieht eher aus wie Werbung. Unser Kind war 1 Jahr alt und isst kein Eis. Es wurde auch das Eis gar nicht angeboten/gebracht. Keine Kulanz des Personals. Personal im Restaurant ist eher unmotiviert und unaufmerksam. Beim Check-out wurde nicht gefragt wie der Aufenthalt war. So kann man negative Kritik natürlich auch vermeiden. Overall experience not good. Ennismore colleague from Munich….

Nahezu perfekter Aufenthalt. Die Organisation beim Frühstück betreffend Kaffee (der übrigens ausgezeichnet ist) könnte etwas besser sein, das war es aber auch schon was man an Kritik anbringen könnte. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, nur wenige Gehminuten von einer U-Bahn Station, man kann die Stadt vom Hotel aus aber auch bestens zu Fuß erkunden. Die Zimmer sind sauber, ruhig und gepflegt. Das Personal ist jung, ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem kann man nicht wirklich etwas an diesem Hotel aussetzen, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir haben hier 3 Nächte verbracht, Zimmer war okay. Das Hotel selbst fand ich nicht überzeugend. Die Lobby winzig klein und ausschließlich mit Merchandise zugestellt. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass man bei einem Flohmarkt ist, der nie aufhört… WIFI funktionierte nicht, hat uns aber niemand gesagt. Auf Nachfrage die ruppige Antwort, dass Wochenende ist - ja, und???
